Why ride with One Ride One India

We ride like a family and a community, not just a group of motorcycles. Every OROI ride is planned around three things: safety, discipline and respect — so that everyone rides together, explores together and reaches home safely.

🏍️ Ride marshals

Lead & sweep marshals on every ride, so no one gets left behind.

🩹 First-aid on board

Basic medical kit and first-aid support travels with the group.

🔧 Tool & puncture support

Puncture-repair kit and basic tools for on-road fixes.

🏡 Curated stays

Handpicked properties with breakfast & dinner included.

🎸 Bonfire & jamming nights

Live acoustic music, bonfires and evenings that make the ride.

🎁 Community hampers

Brand hampers and the OROI rider community experience.

👨‍👩‍👧 Everyone welcome

Solo riders, female riders, couples and families.

🛡️ Zero-tolerance safety

No alcohol while riding, no reckless riding, respect for all.

Ride rules

  • Mandatory gear: full-face helmet, riding gloves and riding shoes/boots. Rain gear on monsoon rides.
  • Documents: driving licence, RC, insurance, PUC and a government ID.
  • Bike ready: fully serviced and road-ready — brakes, tyres, chain, oil, lights, mirrors, battery — and a full tank at the meeting point.
  • Be on time: punctuality keeps the whole group on schedule.
  • Never overtake the lead rider. Follow the lead & sweep marshals and keep the formation and a safe distance.
  • No racing, stunts, zig-zag riding or unnecessary overtaking.
  • Never leave a rider behind — and never leave the group or change route without telling the OROI team.
  • Fuel, tolls, lunches and personal expenses are self-sponsored unless a ride says otherwise.

Strict no-alcohol rule

Consumption of alcohol or any intoxicating substance is strictly prohibited before or during riding hours. Anyone who has consumed alcohol must not get on their motorcycle until they are completely sober and fit to ride. This applies to everyone, without exception — the safety of the group comes before everything else.

Community code

Give respect, take respect. At OROI a rider is a rider — no distinction based on gender, background, profession, bike or riding experience.

  • No abusive language towards anyone, even as a joke.
  • No inappropriate comments, behaviour or crossing personal boundaries.
  • Respect fellow riders, families, marshals, locals, temples and property staff.
  • If you have an issue with someone, do not argue or create a scene — tell the OROI team (Squad) and let us handle it.
  • Respect local culture and the environment. We leave memories behind, not garbage.

OROI ride policy

OROI follows a zero-tolerance policy on harassment, abusive language, discrimination, reckless riding and riding under the influence. Anyone seriously or repeatedly violating ride, safety or community rules may be stopped from continuing with the group, and the OROI team reserves the right to remove a participant from the ride without refund. The safety and experience of the whole group always comes first.

Ride responsibly. Respect everyone. Look after each other. And make sure everyone reaches home safely. — Team OROI
